We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unworn (if applicable).

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will provide a return shipping label.

Important:
Returns sent without prior approval and authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out to us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Original shipping fees

Additionally, returns are not accepted for:

5. Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to:

  • Return the original item.

  • Place a new order for the replacement item after the return is processed.

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

This applies in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be completed.

  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

8. Return Address

A return shipping label from San Global Inc is required before sending any returns.
