1. Processing Time & Shipping Fee

Please allow 2–4 business days for processing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

Peak Seasons (Holidays / Year-End):
During busy periods, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee:
We offer a flat $5.99 shipping fee for all orders, no matter where they are being shipped.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

As San Global Inc ships globally, delivery times will vary based on location.

Canada / UK / Australia 11 – 16 Business Days
Rest of the World 15 – 20 Business Days

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please keep in mind:

  • It may take 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.

  • If tracking information doesn’t update immediately, rest assured, your package is still in transit.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, we send orders DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • Any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • San Global Inc is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.

Customs fees are not common for household products but can vary depending on your country’s regulations.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery.

If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at service@fllocve.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order enters the processing stage, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 72 hours of receiving the package, and we will arrange a free replacement.

Lost in Transit:
If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
